Product Integrity & Quality

  • What makes Beautifully Made hair different?

    Our hair is 100% raw human hair, completely unprocessed and sourced from single donors. Every bundle is hand-selected and inspected to ensure intact cuticles and superior weft strength, providing a silkier, thicker, and longer-lasting "crown" than the average market bundle.

  • Does the hair shed or tangle?

    Minimal shedding is normal for any hair stitched onto a weft, but this should cease after the second shampoo. To prevent tangling due to dryness or product buildup, we recommend regular cleansing with sulfate-free products and deep conditioning.

  • What color are the extensions?

    Our raw hair naturally ranges from a 1B to a 2. Because it is 100% human and unprocessed, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between bundles, as each donor is unique.

Styling & Care

  • Can I color or dye my bundles?

    Yes, our raw hair is of the highest quality and can be bleached, rinsed, or dyed to any shade. We strongly recommend having a licensed professional handle coloring to maintain the integrity of the hair.

  • Will the texture revert after heat styling?

    Deep Wave and Curly textures will revert after washing, though the pattern may loosen slightly over time. Body Wave textures, once heat-trained to be straight, may not revert to their original subtle wave.

  • How long will my investment last?

    With proper stewardship and weekly maintenance, your Beautifully Made extensions can be reused and reinstalled for 9 months to 2 + years.

Orders & Shipping

  • How many bundles do I need?

    • 12-14”: At least 2 bundles.

    • 16-20”: At least 3 bundles.

    • 22-28”: At least 4 bundles.

  • What is the shipping timeframe?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 3-7 business days for standard delivery. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and require a signature upon delivery to protect your investment.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

    Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, all sales are final. We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, provided the security seal is intact and the hair is unaltered.
