Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • High Volume Periods: During sales or holiday promotions, processing times may extend to 7–14 business days.

  • Order Integrity: Every bundle and wig is inspected by our team to ensure it meets our high standards before leaving our care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • Expedited Shipping: If available, express shipping options will be visible at checkout; we cannot upgrade shipping once an order is placed.

  • Signature Requirement: To protect your high-value investment, a signature is strictly required upon delivery for all hair orders.

Tracking Your Crown

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed.

  • Updates: Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update once your package has been dropped off at the carrier.

  • Support: If your tracking does not show updates after 72 hours, please email Beautifullyformedllc@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Important Logistics

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • No Pickups: To ensure proper tracking and proof of delivery for every transaction, we do not offer in-person or local pickup options.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Beautifully Made is no longer responsible for the shipment.
